Allyn Stewart

Allyn Stewart (Partner) has been developing and producing films for 30 years and has a proven track record developing screenplays and packaging films. During her seven years as a senior executive at Warner Brothers, Stewart oversaw the production of such films as Academy Award winners "Driving Miss Daisy" and "Dangerous Liaisons." At Columbia she made "Friends at Last" and "Bliss." She produced the children’s film "Madeline" starring Frances McDormand and "I Dreamed of Africa" starring Kim Basinger. Stewart also produced "Man of the House" starring Tommy Lee Jones.

Kipp Nelson

Kipp Nelson (Partner) has an extensive deal making and financing background. Nelson is a former partner of Goldman Sachs & Co. He worked for 20 years in the finance business, 15 years in Europe and 5 years in Asia. After retiring from investment banking he founded an event company, 48Straight, which began as a winter alpine festival of sports, music and other cultural events celebrating mountain lifestyle. It was nationally televised on network TV and ultimately expanded into multiple sports in both summer and winter in 9 different locations.
